Hi, I’m Joy.
For the first 20 years of my career, I battled with debilitating cases of perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome whilst climbing the ranks of Big Tech and Consulting. I’m now a leadership coach because I based on my own experience, I know that unlearning those mental habits and getting crystal clear on what it is that you truly want is entirely possible and absolutely essential for finding fulfilment and success - however you define it.
